Coles/Myer Gift Cards Prize Offer – Terms and Conditions

• Entry into the random prize draw is optional for those who complete 2025 Physical Activity Participation Survey.
• Entry into the random prize draw will be between Monday 3 February and 11.59pm (AEST) Sunday 30 March 2025.
• Only City of Greater Dandenong residents are eligible to win one of the four prizes.
• City of Greater Dandenong employees, contractors, councillors, and family member of are ineligible to win one of the four prizes.
• Entrants under the age of 16 years old will need parent/guardian consent to enter.
• The prize is one of four $50 Coles/Myer Vouchers. The prize is not redeemable for cash.
• The random prize draw will be conducted on noon on Wednesday 30 April 2025.
  • The four winners will be contacted by Council via phone and/or email.
  • Each winner is only eligible to win one voucher.
  • Prizes will need to be collected in-person from the Dandenong Civic Centre, 225 Lonsdale Street, Dandenong by Friday 30 May 2025.
  • The notified winner will be required to show photo identification to confirm that they are a winner and proof of residency in the City of Greater Dandenong, for Council to provide the prize.
  • Should a prize not be collected within 30 days of being notified, then Council will donate the prize to a local charity.
• Council reserves the right to vary the terms of or cancel the competition at any time without liability to any entrant or other person.
• Personal information will be held securely and used solely for the purposes of administering this random prize draw. It will not be disclosed to any external party without your written consent, unless required or authorised by law. If you wish to access or amend your personal information, or if you believe your personal information has been breached, please contact Council’s Information Privacy Officer on 8571 1000.
