We would like to grow our Library of Things, and we want your help.

Some funding is now available to buy more items, and we want to make sure we choose Things our community will actually use.

What is the Library of Things?

The Library of Things is a collection of useful items that library members aged 18 years and over can borrow.

We launched a small collection in November 2025 to help:

• Share resources within the community
• Support sustainable living
• Give people access to useful items they might not want or be able to buy

So far, the collection includes items like:

• Home energy kits
• Thermal cameras
• Envoy audio player

What would you like to see in our Library of Things?

We’re asking the community to vote on items they would find useful to borrow from their local library.

How to have your say:

• Browse the list of suggested items
• Click the ‘Like’ button on the items you prefer
• You can select up to 10 items
• The items with the most support will help guide what we purchase next
