We are updating our Disability Action Plan (DAP) to guide our practices and actions for improved access and engagement for people with a disability for the next four years. Council developed the first Greater Dandenong Disability Action Plan in 1999, and the new version will help Council fulfil requirements under the Victorian Disability Act (2006).

The plan helps Council:

• support people with disability to take part in everyday life
• improve access to services, programs and facilities
• create a more inclusive and welcoming community

We want to hear from you. We are asking for your feedback to make sure the plan reflects what our community needs.
